I invite you to reserve this time for yourself. You can take some time out from your usual routine, before the bustle of the holiday season hits, to connect more deeply (or to reconnect!) with your practice of Mindful Self-Compassion.
You can attend this event either via Zoom, or in-person on Salt Spring Island. The retreat will take place primarily in silence, except for some guided meditations and instructions. Together, we will support each other to slow down, relax and to be kind to ourselves.
*If you have some experience of meditation and have not taken the Mindful Self-Compassion course, you may still be able to attend. Let me know if this is the case, and we can check in about it. I want to feel confident that you will feel comfortable in this environment.
