I invite you to take some time out from your usual routine, before the bustle of the summer season hits us, to connect more deeply (or to reconnect!) with your practice of Mindful Self-Compassion.
This event will take place on Zoom, primarily in silence, except for some guided meditations and instructions. Together, we will support each other to slow down, relax and to be kind to ourselves.
*If you have some experience of meditation and have not taken the Mindful Self-Compassion course, you may still be able to attend. Let me know if this is the case, and we can check in about it. I want to feel confident that you will feel comfortable in this environment.
