Mindful Self-Compassion for the Holidays 3-hour retreat (online)

Friday, the 6th of December, from 4:30pm-7:30pm Pacific (Vancouver) Time

We invite you to take some time out from your usual routine, during the holiday season, to slow down and to connect more deeply (or to reconnect!) with your practice of Mindful Self-Compassion.

This half-day retreat will be online. The retreat will take place primarily in silence, except for some guided meditations and instructions. Together, we will support each other to engage with a sense of ease, to relax and to be kind to ourselves. 

*If you have some experience of meditation and have not taken the Mindful Self-Compassion course, you may still be able to attend. Let Marcia know if this is the case, and you can check in about it. We want to feel confident that you will feel comfortable in this environment.
