Registration Closing Soon for Online Self-Compassion Half-Day Silent Retreat July 2023

Tuesday, July 25th from 4:30-7:30pm Pacific (Vancouver) Time/Wednesday, July 26th from 6:30-9:30am Bangkok Time

Siri Chandler, from Thailand, and I have just finished teaching the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) training course to a group who has asked us to offer another half-day silent retreat. We thought this would be a nice opportunity to invite all of our past MSC students to practice together, as part of a community of people who would like to be more self-compassionate.  

We invite you to take some time out from your usual routine, during the often busy summer months, to connect more deeply (or to reconnect!) with your practice of Mindful Self-Compassion.

This half-day retreat will be online. The retreat will take place primarily in silence, except for some guided meditations and instructions. Together, we will support each other to slow down, relax and to be kind to ourselves. 

*If you have some experience of meditation and have not taken the Mindful Self-Compassion course, you may still be able to attend. Let Siri know if this is the case, and you can check in about it. We want to feel confident that you will feel comfortable in this environment.
