Deepening Days are a multi-level learning environment for students of Hakomi. The emphasis of Deepening Days is for advanced students of the method to put together the skills they have learned during Hakomi training, to practice offering Hakomi sessions. This is done in an atmosphere of kindness, teamwork and encouragement. Each student will have the opportunity to receive individualized attention from a trainer to support their growth, and the deepening of their Hakomi skills. Everyone is welcome to attend these days, whether you are brand new to the method, or if you are already a Certified Hakomi Therapist. There will be plenty of time for feedback and group discussion following each session, opportunities to witness and/or experience a Hakomi session in the role of “client”.
Deepening Days are highly recommended for anyone who is curious about Hakomi, or for students who want to:
- Refresh your Hakomi skills and get some feedback to support your learning
2. Work toward certification as a Hakomi Practitioner, as well as anyone who is curious about the method
3. Bring mindfulness and somatic awareness to their counselling skills
4. Experience Hakomi as a “client” or an “observer”

Saturday, September 16th. 10am to 4:45pm
Saturday, October 28th. 10am to 4:45pm
Saturday, December 2nd. 10am to 4:45pm
Registration:
Places will be limited, so please register early. The cost of each day is $125. Attending for a half day from 10am to 1pm is $65.
Because the size of the group will be kept small, we will ask you to please make a commitment to attending by making your payment 2 weeks before each scheduled session. Thank you for understanding.
