It is not uncommon for those working in the helping professions to experience ‘caregiver fatigue’ at some point. This workshop is designed to help anyone who is a caregiver to re-frame their focus with clients, team members and family members, reducing stress and increasing ease.In this workshop, we will use mindfulness to discover and explore our unconscious beliefs and behaviour patterns that cause us unnecessary stress. We will also learn to meet ourselves and others with friendliness and compassion, restoring our ability to take in and offer support.
Please join us for this online workshop to explore caregiver fatigue. We will use a combination of Hakomi and Mindful Self-Compassion practices to find strategies for prevention of and support with caregiving fatigue.
Saturday, November 14th, from 9:30-1pm PST with a half hour lunch break
