This free drop-in group meets on Salt Spring Island, BC, the last Sunday evening of every month. It is open to anyone who has completed the MSC training course with Marcia. Attendance is in-person, and by Zoom if necessary.
The intention of the group is to support each other to continue to practice MSC in our daily lives, and to develop supportive friendships with other MSC practitioners. We will take time to slow down, practice a guided meditation or an MSC exercise, and have time to discuss our relationship to mindfulness and self-compassion with others.
